What is Enhanced Security?
We are proud to deliver the highest level of security for our Internet banking customers. We're adding an additional layer of security to our log in process. This helps ensure that your information is secure, protecting you from fraud and identity theft.

How does Enhanced Security work?
The system verifies your identity in two ways. Every time you log in to Internet banking, the bank identifies you, and it lets you identify the bank using a private image and phrase.

How do I enroll?
It's very easy to use and there is no software to install. Just follow the instructions to enroll and learn about the new log in procedures for Internet banking.

Enroll for Enhanced Security

1. Log in to Internet banking using your current Access ID. Click SUBMIT.
2. Enter your current Password. Click SUBMIT.
3. First time users will automatically go to the enrollment page. You will be asked to:
   • a. Provide your e-mail address, if needed.
   • b. Enter a pass phrase of your choice for the randomly selected authentication image.
   • c. Select and answer 3 challenge questions.
   • d. Select personal or public computer.
     Note: Only register personal computers that you
     frequently use and are not available for public use.
   • Click SUBMIT

That's it. The next time you log in, the bank will recognize you and display your private image and pass phrase.

Changing your image and pass phrase: Once logged in, you can change your image and pass phrase by selecting Change Security Data from the menu.

Log In from Another Computer

Follow these steps when logging in from computers other than the one you enrolled with, or when logging in from other locations.

1. Log in to Internet banking using your current Access ID. Click SUBMIT.
2. If the bank doesn't recognize your computer, you must answer a Challenge Question.
3. Answer Challenge Question.
   • a. Correctly answer your challenge question.
   • b. Select personal or public computer.
   • c. Click SUBMIT.
     

Each time you log in, an authentication image and phrase is displayed. If they match your private image and pass phrase, then enter your Password and click SUBMIT. That's it.

If they DO NOT MATCH, DO NOT ENTER YOUR PASSWORD. Start over or contact the bank for assistance.
